The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has finally admitted raiding former Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode’s home after denying the report earlier. Though eyewitnesses said the anti-graft agency’s operatives were stopped by residents of Epe (Ambode’s hometown), the EFCC claimed they were attacked by Ambode’s hoodlums in a statement released by its head of media and publicity Wilson Uwajuren.
